Jacqui & Michael's E Shoot {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}
Last Sunday I met with Jacqui and Michael for their engagement shoot at Victoria Park Golf Course where their wedding will be taking place in late February. I had met Jacqui and Michael at Jacqui’s brother’s wedding http://naomivphotographyblog.com.au/?p=2505 and knew we would get on really well!
As you can imagine, the afternoon sun on the golf course was very intense so we decided to make use of the texture and shade at the university across the road. Â I am so glad we did because there were so many areas for us to utilise. Â Jacqui and Michael were a little nervous at the beginning of our shoot but by the end we were best friends. Â This is the beauty of an engagement shoot – we get to know each other really well before your big day so on the wedding day I know what to expect and vice versa.
{Jacqui and Michael – I am really looking forward to your wedding day and honored to be a part of it. Hope you love your photos and see you in Feb x}

Kristy & Ian E Shoot {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}
I have to say I had the most amazing weekend with a fantastic wedding and a hot E-Shoot! Â The wedding was Ashleigh and Scott and the day went so perfectly and it was a pleasure to be a part of it. Â Photos to be posted shortly however in the mean time I introduce to Kristy and Ian.
I will be shooting Kristy and Ian’s wedding next Sunday and it is going to be picture perfect. Â From the moment I met them I could feel the chemistry between them and their story of how they met is just mind blowing! Â We met at Runaway Bay and spent some time in the middle of the street sitting on a chair (totally their idea but what a cool idea), running up to a random house and taking photos at their door (it was vacant), playing on the beach and then getting dressed up for a lovely dinner!
I don’t think I really need to say too much here as I think these photos speak for themselves (warning – lots of photos)
{Kristy and Ian thank you so much for choosing me to be part of your special day – I really can’t wait and it is going to all be so stunning!}

Ashleigh & Scott's E-Session {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}
Last Sunday, on a stormy day, I had the pleasure of meeting Ashleigh and Scott. Â I am shooting their wedding on the 21st November and as I was down at the same location for Kylie and Billy’s wedding I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to meet up. The weather had other ideas for our photoshoot but we were lucky enough to get a few moments in to get some lovely images of this beautiful couple. Â I literally met them and had to say “quick, lets run and get some shots before it starts pouring” – talk about getting to know each other very very quickly.
Ashleigh and Scott are going to be totally adorable on their wedding day if our quick shoot was anything to go by. Â They really adore each other and I hope my images show this!
{Guys I can’t wait to see you on the 21st and be involved in your special day}.
I have a lot coming up over the next week or so as Peekaboo Magazine launches http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bulimba-Australia/Peekaboo-Magazine-Brisbane/128669314867?ref=sson on the 1st November and I have lots of photos from our shoots that I want to show you all. Â So stay tuned!

Natalie & Todd Engagement Party {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}
Last Saturday I had the pleasure of meeting this adorable couple and their wonderful family! Natalie & Todd held their engagement party at Alchemy Restaurant & Bar, located at Eagle Street Pier Riverside http://www.alchemyrestaurant.com.au/ Natalie & Todd had around 100 guests to help celebrate this special occasion and will be married next year on the 29th May. If their engagement party was anything to go by, this is going to be one wedding not to miss!
A lot of the photos of the evening were group shots, however I did get 10 minutes with Natalie & Todd before the sun went down to capture this special bond between these two (I literally had 10 mins from the time I met them until we finished taking these photos). I have shared a few here along with a few other photos taken with family and friends.
{Natalie, Todd and Connie – it was so lovely to meet you and your lovely family. They were all so welcoming and I had such a great time. I hope you love your photos and they bring back some wonderful memories from your special night).
