Marina & Rod's Wedding Day {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}
Last Thursday I got to witness what was the most beautiful, touching wedding! Marina & Rod asked me to be their photographer last minute and I am so glad they did (turns out we only live a few houses away from each other)! Marina looked absolutely AMAZING and I am sure everyone that was in her hotel with her before the wedding would agree. The wedding was held at the Treasury Casino in Brisbane and was followed by their reception at Southbank.
Although we had limited time after the ceremony for their formal shoot we managed to get some stunning photos which I am sure Marina and Rod will treasure forever. Once again I cannot choose my favourite photos so have put them in a slideshow with a quick sneak peak below (these images are my “fun” images). Press here for the slideshow link. You can also access the images on my facebook “fan” page here
Also a thank you to my lovely friend Maureen for coming and helping me out on the day – you rock!
{Marina and Rod, thank you so much for having me there on your special day. I loved meeting your beautiful families. Will be in touch soon}
Till next time

Kristy & Ian's BIG Wedding {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}
Last Sunday I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Kristy & Ian and what a BIG wedding this was! When Kristy told me she was having 10 bridesmaids (and a horse and cart) I was so excited but also a tad nervous. If she was having 10 bridesmaids this means there would be 10 groomsmen and that would = 20. As it turned out, I had so much fun with the whole bridal party and was just amazed when I looked around me and saw so many beautiful people.
Kristy got ready in style with all her “girls” at Rydges in Southbank and the service was held at the absolutely STUNNING Greek Orthodox church in West End. If I could do all my weddings there I would. The light is beautiful, the art work is beautiful – ohhhh is just glorious! As it was a late service we didn’t have a huge amount of time for formals however I think we did pretty good getting what we did seeing as we had such a massive bridal party and family come along. The reception was held at St Lucia so we did the formal shoot there!
I have done another slideshow for this wedding as I went through to pick my favs for the blog and there was 66 photos – not sure you would want to scroll that far down! As you will see from the images, Ian and Kristy are just SO in love and it was such a pleasure to be there photographer.
Click here to go to the slideshow. I will upload some images over the next few days or you can see them on my facebook page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Naomi-V-Photography/34834278103?ref=ts
I also have to say a HUGE thank you to Bianca (yes Bianca from Peekaboo mag) and LK for coming and helping me out on the day – I seriously couldn’t of done it without you!
{Guys thank you for choosing me as your photographer. I hope you love your photos as much as I do}.

Ashleigh & Scott's Wedding Day {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}
Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Ashleigh and Scott. Â Ashleigh looked absolutely stunning as did her bridesmaids! Â The wedding took place at Froggies beach (I am seem to be a regular there these days) and was filled with so much love. Â After the wedding we made our way to Coolangatta St Augustines Church for our formal shoot. Â We had SO much fun but how can you not with such a fun bridal party. We then headed to Currumbin for the last photos and just managed to catch the last bit of light.
Thanks also to Sheila Higgens for helping me out on the day!
For this post I have some photos from the bridal getting ready and the ceremony. The formal shoot photos will come in a day or so. Â I have to also apologise for the delay in this post. Â I have been flat out and attended a workshop with Shelton Muller and Glynn Lavender. Â Photos to come – had such a great time.
{Thanks guys for making Sheila and myself so welcomed – we really felt like a part of your day. Will be in touch soon x}
Rob and Kylie's Wedding {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}
Last weekend I was lucky enough to photograph the wedding of Rob and Kylie.  I am actually friend’s with Rob’s mum Debbie who is also another Brisbane photographer so it was a real honor to be asked to do this.  Although I have to admit being asked to shoot a wedding at 11:00am was  little scary however as you will see from the photos I don’t think we had many problems – if I could get blue skies like this all the time I would do weddings at that time all the time.
Rob and Kylie’s wedding was really lovely and I don’t think I have ever seen a man so in love with his new wife. Â During the ceremony he just couldn’t keep his eyes off her or wipe the smile from his face – just like it should be.
After the ceremony we went down to the beach for some photos which was fun – you will know what I mean from the photos!
{Thanks Rob and Kylie for having me be part of your special day. It has been great getting to know you all and I hope you love your photos}
