My work has recently been featured on Polkadot Bride, Queensland Brides and I am the head photographer for Peekaboo Magazine (leading boutique children’s magazine) which is now based in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. I am also part-owner of Peekaboo Children’s modelling agency Brisbane.
If I was to describe my style of photography, I would have to say it is modern meets classical meets photo-journalistic portraiture with details. This simply means that I don’t shoot weddings in one style of photography. I like to take different styles of photography using different lenses, angles and techniques to obtain a variety of images for you and your family to enjoy for years to come. I also like to capture the finer details on the day – from your shoes & earrings to your flowers, a kiss from your dad to a wave from the car. It will all be photographed, ready to be remembered.
So you’re thinking you are no supermodel? Relax and don’t worry! My unique approach to photography (having photographed many weddings) means that you will be relaxed and comfortable at all times. Our informal engagement shoot (included with all packages) before your special day will bring out the best in you and your fiancé. In this shoot, I will guide you though my style of photography, give you lots of hints on how to not just pose but to relax, be comfortable and be yourselves! Just remember, I am here to help you on your big day! I will find the best angles, the quirkiness you both have and incorporate any special props (such as balloons, flowers, clothes etc) you might have that best represents you as a couple. At the end of the session you will feel more comfortable about the photography side of your wedding which in turn will help you relax on your wedding day.
