Family Time {Brisbane Family Photographer}
Time to show off some photos of my own family! Â I have been pretty busy lately working on shoots for Peekaboo Magazine, weddings, etc etc. Â I haven’t blogged any recent weddings as I want to wait until my bride and grooms return from their honeymoon so they are the first to see their images. Â I have back to back weddings for the next 2 months so get set for lots of weddings posts. But in the meantime I thought I would show off a few photos that have been taken recently of my kids and family.
It was also my niece’s 8th birthday on the weekend so have also included a few images from the day!
Togetherness {Brisbane Family Photographer}
On Fathers Day I had the pleasure of meeting this lovely family  - you may remember Laura from a newborn session back a few months ago!  Laura’s brother was coming from Perth to surprise her family for Fathers Day and thought it would be a lovely idea to get some images of them all together which is rare occassion due to the living distance.  We had a great time chatting and laughing and just capturing some beautiful natural images which I am sure will be forever treasured.
Here are just a few of my favs!

Bubba Yaya {Brisbane Family Photographer}
I love having the opportunity to tell all my blog readers about exciting new businesses!
My very creative friend Kirsten has started a new business creating adorable material toys for your kiddies! I have taken the following from Bubba Yaya’s blog which explains more about her new venture. I am sure you will love these toys as much as I do. To contact Bubba Yaya you can click here !

Well i guess the best place to start is to explain just what bubbayaya is.
About two years ago i bought myself a sewing machine – i was getting a little stir crazy as my daughter was such a great baby i had alot of time on my hands. I started sewing little things for her. Then i discovered making modern cloth nappies. I dabbled with those but soon found my true passion – soft cloth toys!
The obsession began.
I started making them for my two children, E & J, then as gifts for friends.
There is something so beautiful about the softness of a simple material toy and it is something which i really enjoy doing.
And the idea came to sell a few after they were received so well by the little people they were made for. I figured i needed a name to give my little business and i thought and thought………..and thought some more. When i still had nothing after many moons, my husband suggested bubbayaya. You see my daughter cant pronounce her name so calls herself “yaya” and then when her brother was born, she called him “bubba”. So hence “bubbayaya”.
I so far have about ten or so little friends that will be looking for a home soon. So stay tuned, and hopefully watch bubbayaya friends find little people to love them.

Belinda & Jeff – Wedding Day {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}
On the 29th August I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Belinda & Jeff! Â The wedding was held at Mt Ommaney Hotel Apartments and I have to say it was one of the most well organised weddings I have been involved in. If you ever enquire there, Emma is absolutely amazing (she is the wedding coordinator).
It was such a lovely wedding and you could really feel the love between these two. Â After the ceremony we went to Mt Cootha Gardens for their formal shoot and a great time!
Thanks to Kylie for helping help – you were fantastic!
{Belinda and Jeff – I hope you love your sneak peak and I will be in contact soon. I always hope you had a fantastic time on your honeymoon}
